"Upon arrival the hotel seemed good. I traveled along way so the thought of sitting in a hot tub was so nice.. until we actually got in and the water Luke warm and the jets were broken. Our room was half way cleaned. The faucet to the sink was very hard to turn on and off. We appreciate a hot breakfast ..."
