Hotel correct

Tout d abord je salue l exemplarité de l ensemble du personnel de l hôtel comme du restaurant. Parlons du restaurant le service est assez lent même si il y a peu de clients dans la salle. La cuisine excellente est en grande majorité indienne alors attention à ceux qui ont du mal avec les plats très épicés et les aigreurs d estomac. Parlons de la chambre 107 au premier étage. La chambre climatisée est très petite et les rangements sont bons pour une personne mais pas pour un couple. La télévision est tout juste bonne à changer tellement l image est médiocre. L insonorisation de la chambre est excellente . Le service laverie est efficace et rapide. Petit détail cet hôtel affiche dans sa description le mot spa mais il n y a pas de bain bouillonant. Vous trouverez par contre une petite salle de sport un hammam que je n ai pas pu testé car il était en panne. La piscine est sympa et de bonnes dimensions. Enfin il y a eu un petit incident au bar le 26 février. J ai commandé un baileys et le serveur m a servi une autre boisson qui n avait pas le même goût. J ai demandé à ce que l on me serve un baileys. J en ai fait part à un monsieur en chemise blanche qui m a dit il y a deux solutions. La première on vous facture les deux boissons et la deuxième solution on déduit la première boisson du salaire du serveur qui a fait la faute. Connaissant les salaires malgaches j ai décidé de payer les deux boissons bien que je pense que c etait à l hôtel d assumer ses responsabilités et non au se

Le detail des services proposer est erronée Pas de Hammam (en panne depuis 2 mois) La piscine ne dispose pas de douche avant de se baignée (un bon bain de microbe vous attend) Passage de beaucoup de personne non client de l'hôtel Ascenseur en panne alors pour les personnes loger au étage personnellement nous etions au 4ème (attention à la contre marche derrière la porte de l'escalier)

J'ai essayé, je reviendrai avec plaisir

Le chauffeur, après avoir patienter de 23h à 3h30 m'a accueillie avec le sourire, sans aucune lasditude ... Excellent accueil à l'arrivée à l'hôtel, mes bagages ont été montes à la chambre qui ma ete indiquée,. Le restaurant m'a téléphoné pour prendre ma commande et répondre très aimablement à mes questions; Le repas était porté peu de temps après, toujours avec beaucoup d'amabilite et de sourire. Je recommande cet hôtel, très accueillant, très propre, sans surprise ni ambiguïté sur le prix, soit vous payez à chaque demande de service, soit vous signez la facture et vous réglez à la sortie. Si je dois de nouveau sejourner à l'hôtel je choisirai le Grand Mellis MERCI à toute l'équipe

Hôtel confortable et bien situé en centre-ville, bien isolé et sécuritaire. C’est mon 2ème séjours à cet hôtel, sensible aux bruits s’abstenir (car travaux de Rénovation en cours). Une équipe toujours accueillante et souriante avec la manager Rina qui se plie en quatre à fin de satisfaire nos attentes. Je recommande aussi très fortement que l’on y séjourne ou pas le restaurant de l’hôtel le Paris-Delhi, Au menu des spécialités indienne et européenne de premier choix.

Great staff awful location homeless sleep outside

Nice Staff And hotel has gym and spa and great breakfast. Very difficult location and no dinners possible. Don't go out alone or without taxi or security guards. Stopped by armed police checkpoint nearby due to sex tourism checks. Needed hotel staff to escort us back. Without our passports wife and I faced a shakedown and threats

Cheap price in spite of convenient location

Very nice hotel in downtown Tana. Downtown Tana a little intimidating for the first time traveler to Madagascar but once you get used to the very busy centre of Tana you will enjoy the location.

hotel bien placé centre ville

Probleme au petit dejeuner ou il n'y a pas suffisamment de couverts tasses et assiettes pour tous ! Climatisation tres bruyante indigne d un hotel de cette classe. Une femme de service au bar s'essuie les mains dans une sorte de grand drap et essuie les verres ensuite!!
