"Trevliga personal. Hotellet ligger när två stora mall och 3 minuter till Tramway station. Vanlig frukost, jag gav 3 av 5 till städning, då var det inte så bra. Säkerhetslådan fungetade inte, batteri var dött, de bytt inte det heller efter jag meddelade personalen om det."

"The hotel amd staff were all really good and helpful. Ybe only issue we had was one day there was a water issue so we had no running water so we were not able to have a shower or even wash our hands."
