"Excellent resort. Food and drinks were brilliant. Swimming pools were well maintained and my kids loved the water slides. All staff from reception to cleaners were very helpful and any issues were dealt with promptly. Rooms were very clean. Overall very pleased and will definitely book again."

The entire staff was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. A very special thank you goes to Noel, she genuinely did her absolute best to make sure our stay was comfortable, seamless, and memorable. "A Big Thank You to the Receptionist We would like to say a very big thank you to the kind gentleman with white hair at the reception of PRIVADO Hotels in Antalya. When our son needed medical attention, he went out of his way to help us. He kindly wrote a note in Turkish for us so that we could find the nearest hospital. This was extremely helpful, especially during a stressful moment when we were worried about our son. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant a lot to our family. Even though we don’t know his name, we hope the hotel knows exactly who we mean — the wonderful white-haired gentleman at reception. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. We truly appreciate it and will never forget it."
