NO as good as the previous owner at all.
Room small with a small window with no view!! No room cleaning or bed changing for all our 7 days stay.Only 4-5 sunbeds available round the pool and at 5pm the pool close. Menu and drinks dear comparing with other places and bars in the Old Town.

Great location, with very friendly & helpful staff. Room was clean & comfortable. Property was situated in the old city & perfect location for site seeing & exploring the beach & harbour as well as many historical sites

This is was a huge disappointment. The location is great but the stay was bad. First of all the room was dirty with hair in the bathroom, floors and on the bed. The bed sheets had stains. And to make it worst the restaurant of the hotel has loud music every night we were there until 12 midnight. We were not able to rest after a long day. The hotel has a potential, but not well managed. Cleanliness is not a priority. I would not stay here again

Very small rooms. I had the breakfast on 1 day because it wasnt nice. Never bought food from their for evening but didnt really fancy it. Staff not really great at speaking english. Was there for 10 days no domestic cleaning in bedroom; not even the offer. Only good thing was the decent wifi and air conditioning. Entertainment at the hotel every night at around 9pm till late.- although i didnt watch.

We stayed at blue sea garden for 10 nights, the hotel is lovely and so close to Mermali Beach and and you can walk everywhere in old town, have to say a special thankyou to Ahmed he made our stay, nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile

We didn’t know this hotel has not parking site. We drove in there in the evening. The hotel staff gave their own parking lot to us. Thanks!

Lovely ambiance for a vacation getaway
Found this gem at the last minute and was very happy with what I found. Wonderful setting which is close to central Kaleici, Memerli Beach and downtown Antalya, which made getting around fantastically easy. The hotel itself is charming with a great pool, lively pub scene at night and clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and made a point of getting to know their guests. Definitely a must for singles and couples planning to stay in Antalya.

Althogh the hotel is small and the facilities are not that good, it is located in a marvelous lication, near the sea and lots of bars and restaurant. The price is a good value for the money.

We loved this little hotel. Downside for us was there was no safety deposit box in the room and no fridge. The fridge is not essential, I know, but it's something we usually like to have in our room. There was no reception, as such, just a room which did have a large safe in and it was offered to us to use, but it meant sharing with everyone else staying in the hotel and we felt it safer to keep everything on us fir the duration of the holiday. But, we would stay in the hotel again? Yes we would. It was central to the restaurants and bars and with in easy walking distance to Mermerli Beach and Adalar Beach,= (which is actually a pontoon, but suited us).

Hotel staff is very helpful They have an amazing restuarant View from the hotel restaurant is outstanding Yilmaz and all other staff are very helpful, they are always available if you have problem Sarkozy is a wonderful guy, he is a great chef too. No Wifi in the room. Room heating was not very good.

Excellent value family run hotel
I booked initially for 2 days and extended for an extra week, because of the friendly staff, and central location, in the heart of old town Kaleici. Genuine, likeable, happy people running this hotel; superb breakfast is had in a beautiful courtyard, amongst fruit laden trees, around a pool. Buffet tables are laid out with hot and cold food, plenty of fruit, salads, cheeses, breads, coffee, juices etc. Room are cleaned daily, air-con, and good showers. The only negative for me was the noise at night - do Turks ever sleep?!! Be prepared for traditional Turkish music until gone middnight, which is not dissimilar to cats on heat wailing.. haha.. seriously, get into the party vibe and you will have a wonderful time, or bring ear plugs.

beutiful hotel superb staff
On one of walkways in old town towards tower. Very few cars very pretty hotel and area. buffet breakfast 8-11. nice pool. staff very friendly and helpful. We even got invited to owners brothers wedding while staying at Blue Sea. Highly recommended and good value for money. Lots of good cheap restaurants near and some bars for sitting out people watching.

Family owned friendly hotel prepared to go that 'extra mile'. Superb location with easy access to all amenities. This is no' plastic palace' where all the rooms are the same, this is a hotel with true character.

Tam bir fiyat-performans oteli. Mermerli plajına 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Şehrin tam göbeğinde, eğlence mekanlarının ortasında. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, çözüm üretici, kahvaltısı yeterli. Havuzu temiz, lakin akşam 17.00 ye kadar girebilmek biraz üzdü. Onun dışında tatlış bir köpüşleri var, adı Artur. Odaları biraz küçük ve yeterli. Klima güzel çalışıyor, sadece odada mini bir buzdolabı çok güzel olabilirmiş. Kısacası biz çok beğendik, tekrar tercih edeceğimiz kesin.

The lovely Blue Sea Garden
I really loved this place❤️ Simple room but everything i needed. Loved the pool and the breakfast in the morning by the pool. The location was so perfect in the Old Town with the big parks on the other side. Really friendly staff at the hotel, i will defenitly stay here again!

Veldig enkel standar, men forventet ikke luksus til den prisen , gamel standar men helt greit for å sove en natt ell 2 , veldig fin beliggenhet i gamlebyen, fint ute område med lite baseng og resturant/taverna. Renholdet må desverre få en veldig minus - ikke bra ÷ servicen hos de som driver der veldig bra 😁👍
