"Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room."

"The room was a good size and the bed was comfy with big fluffy pillows. All staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Air con worked very well and all in all our stay could not have been better. Will definitely stay again."

"Stopped for a couple of nights loved it the staff where so helpful. We had Sunday lunch in Isaacs fantastic and not to bad a price. The lifts were not the best but I believe 1 wasn't working. One guy don't know if he was bar manager got a few tattoos was a cracking bloke had a good chat really nice guy Definitely 100% recommend this hotel"

"Very welcoming staff who ensured our parking was sorted as well as ensuring my room was wheelchair accessible. An evacuation plan was also put in place, just in case. The room itself was bright and airy, clean and well stockedcan tea and coffee. The accessible bathroom was extremely well equipped, the only downside was the vanity unit wasn't wheelchair height. Bar prices were pub average but service was very good. Breakfast was very good with a great choice of hot and cold options. Would definitely stay again. Great value and comfortable."
