"This is a uniquely situated, rustic property, run by lovely people. You will get a real experience of deep Morocco in the High Atlas if you visit. The area is incredibly beautiful. A magical experience. But be aware - this hotel is situated off road. To get here you will need a high clearance SUV if conditions are good. If they are not, a 4x4. "L’hôtel est située dans un endroit non sécurisé avec des personnes malveillantes traitant en bas de l’hôtel. Rien à proximité De la poussière partout sur les verres et assietes poser sur les table du restaurant. L’hôtel a l’air à l’abandon nous étions les seuls dans tout l’hôtel nous avons eu peur car on ne se sentait pas en sécurité. Hôtel TRES éloigné du centre, on a dû prendre un autre hôtel dans Marrakech. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Chez Momo II. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and there is able patio space to relax and take in the surroundings. Food at the hotel was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Staff was very easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend going for a guided hike to the “top of the world”. Ask for a guide by the name of Mohammed to show you around. Highly recommend this area of Morocco and this hotel specifically. "

"The room was quite clean, and the staff were super kind and helpful - sometimes with the help of Google Translate. They even let us stay one more night, as we couldn't get to the hotel on the first night due to recent avalanches. Due to the snowfall, the climb up to the hostel was quite slippery: the path is narrow and winding. The views from the hotel were excellent to the surrounding mountains and Imlil. The air conditioner in the room was broken, and made a stuttering sound. We fixed by just pushing the plastic side, but it should be fixed. The bathroom did not have air conditioning, which made it auite steamy after a short shower. It also didn't drain very well. It was quite cold in the hotel, but the staff kindly lit a fire in the dining room furnace. We also had extra blankets for the night. The balcony door not locking shut also made it somewhat cold. Overall a very pleasant and charming stay with minor things to improve, and also based on the extreme weather we arrived in."
