"This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced! The location is truly a slice of heaven! The staff is kind and helpful, always bright and cheerful and always willing to assist you any way possible. The rooms are clean and spacious and the views by the ocean are spectacular! "We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling.
