On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "Very nice accommodation. Had everything we needed. Nice to have a full apartment in a good location. Air conditioning was much appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only one lift was in order, so a bit slow getting up and down. One of the beds in the pull out couch wasn’t very clean. It would have been nice to have a trash can in the kitchen. I understand wanting to reduce waste, but some things do need to be thrown away. The compost bag was great, but instructions for disposal were a bit confusing. Overall a very nice stay."

"It's a little drive away from Annecy town. To do the journey by bus, you need to catch the number 3 then change to the number 12 at La Chapelle. The hotel itself is clean, check-in was easy, breakfast wasn't fancy but perfectly fine. My only downside is that it was very very hot while I was there and there was no drinking water available. There is one vending machine in the lobby and water was always sold out. I think the hotel could benefit from a couple of water coolers in the lobby or in the corridors of each floor. For those who don't want to drink from the bathroom tap."

"The room was furnished with 2 single beds and a queen size bed. Mattresses very comfortable, bedding clean. The bathroom was a little tight and outdated. I would definitely stay again. Very close to town center. Parking de Poste is very close underground parking and inexpensive for 24 hours."
