"The porch of the Inn has a spectacular view of the bay and river. It was so much fun to watch the tide go in and out. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The garden was in full bloom so that was very nice. Our host knew all kinds of information about the area which was helpful and interesting. And our breakfast in the morning was excellent. We also got to meet several of the other guests and had great conversation."

"A great hotel for anyone visiting Halifax, Nova Scotia. The location is convenient and provides easy access to other areas of the city. The breakfast was wonderful, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. There is also a scenic walking path nearby that extends behind a nearby shopping plaza, providing a pleasant option for a walk or some outdoor exercise during your stay."

"The hotel was nice, rooms were clean. Unfortunately there was no onsite parking, which made it difficult as it was a long walk to bring the bags to the hotel and our room. We weren't advised of this until a day before. I would have booked somewhere else. If you didn't have a car, it wouldn't be an issue."

"I arrived late and found my room code didn't work. I wasn't sure what to do as I couldn't reach anyone through the "virtual front desk" number. I finally found the house phone (in the lobby, next to the front desk) and called the number posted there. I got through to a real person who helped me get into my room. It's always one of my fears about going to a "no front desk" hotel, but the first time it's actually happened to me. Otherwise, the place was fine, one of the few hotels right in Wolfville. Steps to pubs, bars, restaurants, stores, and the famous Bay of Fundy tidal area."
