"Room is clean, but no towels in the pool."

"Room was clean, mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but very small, which is self explained due to the age of the building. The same is true for the elevators, they are so old I was waiting for the doors to open and see the Beatles in the elevator. I had two beefs, one was with valet parking aas when we got to the Omni and when we left the hotel there was no effort by the Valet to even offer to help with our 2 pieces of luggage but they looked forward to a tip. "We choose this hotel for the fair price and the pool. The pool was unavailable and this wasn’t expressed through Expedia. The room was clean, the staff seemed friendly and helpful. I was a little upset with the breakfast. There was a small sign that said that you can’t take food back to your room, or you will be charged. The food however, was pretty good."
