"The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot."

"We stayed for three nights in the Violet room and it was delightful. This place isn’t “fancy” in the modern materialistic sense, but the staff were wonderful, its clean and well maintained for being right on the beach, super quiet, convenient to everything, and best of all, the beachfront is unmatched in its beauty and accessibility. We visited Bean Point and Coquina Beach, and found that the beachfront right out our door at Cedar Cove is as good as it gets! Highly recommend :)"

"Absolutely terrible experience. Our Father’s Day weekend was completely ruined. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed the AC in our room wasn’t working. After reporting the issue, we waited over four hours before being provided with a portable AC unit. Unfortunately, the unit was incredibly loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep. "Great little place, very small rooms but very clean and nice. Having to check in at a different location was a bit odd but overall a good place."

Biggest drawback for this particular room is that the lights outside the room keep the room lit up like daytime even in the dead of night. There are no blockout shades. That would be a solid addition for this room. I love the pool facilities but this property desperately needs a dedicated ice machine. "A wonderful place to stay! Peaceful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. The staff is amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The best part is that the hotel is right in front of the beach, where you can enjoy complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything you need for a perfect day by the ocean. "Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer ."

"Rooms were very clean. Nearby restaurants, and convenience stores made it perfect. Rented a golf cart to go up and down to the beaches on Ana Maria awesome. Staff was very helpful with information and if we needed anything, they were there to help. Will be going back soon."

"Needed to extend my stay for an extra night due to work. Asked to reserve the extra night thru expedia. By mistake 2027 was selected. When trying to correct this I was not refunded for the mistake reservation. Lost $300 dlls. Still to payed for the correct reservation 2026 date."

"I rented this place to explore the Sarasota/ Lido Beach area and although it’s 15 mins from beaches, it was an amazing stay. The place was extremely clean, spacious and even offered free hot breakfast. You can’t ask for more when traveling with kids."
