We recently stayed at this hotel for five days, and while our experience had some ups and downs, there were definitely highlights. The first two days were quite uncomfortable due to the room being stuffy and overly warm. We couldn’t adjust the temperature, and the windows wouldn’t open, which made it hard to sleep. However, when we mentioned this to the front desk, a very helpful staff member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) quickly arranged for us to move to a new room. The new room was much more comfortable, and we were finally able to relax. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, and the entire hotel was very clean, which made for a pleasant environment. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown. The hot food was the same every day and didn’t have much flavor, and the pastries were not fresh. Overall, the breakfast offerings were very basic and could definitely use improvement. Despite the breakfast issue, the hotel’s staff and cleanliness made up for some of the inconveniences, and we ended up enjoying our stay.

This Hotel is nothing but a Hostel. It is not luxurious. Not a 5 star property. Totally disgusted by how dirty the carpet is. Lugar rack fallen apart I asked for a manager because we found some pills and a some med empty package under the bed. Outlets on the rooms are ripped off the walls. Not as expected. I was told that a manager was out of town for a week as if they don’t know how to Habdle a request at the front desk. Staff needs more training .not worth your money

Otelin konumu, vale hizmeti, çalışanların nezaketi ve ilgisi çok iyiyidi. Ama maalesef otelin oda temizliği çok ama çok kötüydü. Odada sanırım halı ( özellikle peluş halı) kullanılması sebebiyle çok kir tutuyor.

Uçağımızın iniş saati nedeni ile otele çok erken gelmek zorunda kaldık.Resepsiyonist bize hemen odamızı ayarladı .Bu nedenle çok mutlu olduk.. Temiz, konforlu ,merkezi olması yanında personel ve özellikle resepsiyonistlerin yardımsever , güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı olması süperdi. Seyahatteiken konfor alanından uzaklatığı için insanlar çok gergin oluyor aslında..:)
