The room itself was comfortable and spacious with a small kitchen and even a washing machine (the smallest one I’ve ever seen, but we still managed to wash and dry several loads of clothes over our 3N stay). "My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

"This is a very minimal rental, so don't expect even basic amenities. There were two empty soap dispensers, but no hand soap, body soap, shampoo or conditioner; no wash cloths or a bath mat. "The hotel is clean, well maintained, and located very well. Unfortunately the hotel lacks of service. When I asked to leave my luggage in the storage room, the employee stared at me with his arms crossed as I put all the suitcases in the shelves. An elderly woman in our party asked for help carrying her luggage upstairs and the employee said that they do not have this type of service.
