The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the swimming pool, the sauna and the great breakfast. Our deluxe room though didn't meet our expectations (no safe, noisy and a bit small). Nice stay overall but could have been nicer.

very quiet place but only minutes away to all busy places of abraão. only disappointment is a pool which is not maintain well and looks old and dirty . but overall perfect place to stay and chill

Great as always, but upgrade to chalet recommended
Another nice stay here. In one of the suites this time, not the chalets. Room was a little noisier and the bathroom tiny, but it was cheap so cant complain. Amazing breakfast as always and super friendly staff. Would stay again but will upgrade to the chalet again next next.

I honestly don't know where to start because everything from the beginning to the end was absolutely perfect.. So I guess I will start with the staff at the front desk everyone was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. We stayed in these little houses (I forget their names) but they are adorable, modern, clean, and comfortable. And the free breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay !
Amazing pousada ! Great location, close to everything but quiet as well. The breakfast was superb and the staff super helpful. Will definately stay here again on our next visit !

Cute chaletes but need to be serviced regularly
We booked a suite but upon arriving immediately upgraded to a chalete. The chaletes are cute little cabins with hammocks hanging on the front porch. Our original suite looked like a private room at a hostel. The staff and service were excellent. Our chalete was comfortable and nestled at the edge of the forest. However, the first night I showered the chalete flooded and the rest of the stay the room was musty and smelly. Also, the toilet and tv were broken upon arrival and had to be fixed.

Really good hidden gem in Ihla Grande. Close to the main town but set back just enough for peace. Enjoyed chilling each night in the hammock with a drink and listening to the sound of the jungle in the background

Good stay :)
My boyfriend and I had a nice stay here. Very cosy place, the cabins have everything you need. The pusada serves coffee and cake every day at h17, which was very nice. The beds were a bit on the firm side, the wifi was very on and off, but apart from that, a very pleasant stay. Ilha Grande is gorgeous!

Prestations conformes au descriptif. Petit déjeuner qualitatif. Établissement tenue strictement, il manque assurément un sourire ! Chalet trop près de la salle des petit-déjeuners, ce assure un réveil à partir de 7h45 ! Ce qui est dommage quand on choisi spécifiquement cet hébergement en dehors des rues principales du centre ville qui respire à priori le calme sur le papier, pour y trouver le silence ! Pour tout dire, je ne me suis pas senti à l'aise chez ce prestataire. C'est dommage au vue de la tarification de la nuitée ! Serviette de plage payante....serviette de piscine gratuite.....donc !

Nous avions un chalet mais il était plutôt vétuste. Tout fonctionne mais c’est brinquebalant. Le chalet est juste en face de la salle du restaurant donc bruit des 6:00 du matin sans compter le passage des autres clients à tout moment de la journée. Le personnel est sympa mais pas polyglotte du tout

Férias com família.
Pousada com boa estrutura, uma das melhores na ilha. Ficamos na suíte no térreo, com uma varanda para a rua. Ela é pequena, o banheiro também é pequeno, com um chuveiro ótimo. Nosso quarto ficava próximo ao local do café da manhã, com barulhos na hora do café. Recomendo escolher um dos chalés. Eles são maiores e mais confortáveis. A pousada tem uma piscina boa, tem uma churrasqueira e fornecem um kit com pratos e espetos para utilização sem custos. Café com três opções de frutas, pães, bolos e ovos mexidos. A internet na pousada é lenta. O 4g na ilha deixa a desejar.

Pousada muito bem localizada! Além do café da manhã, tem um café com bolo (cortesia) no horário da tarde! Área de laser e piscina boa! Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e educados! Chalé muito bonito com um bom espaço além ventilador, tb tem ar condicionado!

A estrutura da pousada é incrível, um ambiente excelente com muita natureza e manutenção impecável. o café da manhã é muito bom e a equipe solícita e educada. A localização é muito boa, mesmo não estando na avenida principal por estar no início do morro. Voltarei e recomendo .

Contato com a natureza em pousada super agradável
Pousada muito agradável, a poucos metros do cais do Abraão. Instalações bonitas, café da manhã muito bom, atendentes muito solicitas e educadas. Única ressalva que faço foram sobre as formigas na minha cama no segundo dia, acredito que por ser em um lugar de mata, uma construção de madeira facilite o aparecimento destes insetos. Outra coisa foi o vazamento da água para fora do box do banheiro durante o banho. Mas foram coisas pequenas que em nada atrapalharam meu fim de semana em ilha grande. Minha avaliação geral sobre essa pousada foi bastante satisfatória, não me arrependi de ter ficado lá. Super recomendo!

Atendimento Péssimo!
Fiz a reserva de uma suíte com cama de casal. Ao chegar na pousada foi perguntado se a suíte era com cama de casal ou duas de solteiro, reforcei e disse que era com cama de casal e ao final nos deram uma suíte com duas camas de solteiro e me disseram para juntar as camas. A televisão não funcionava, o ventilador não funcionava e o wi-fi não pegava na suíte que nos deram. Resolveram o problema da televisão na última noite de estadia. O atendimento da pousada é péssimo. Pegamos muita chuva no último dia e decidimos voltar antes do previsto, mesmo após solicitado, não nos auxiliaram de forma alguma quanto ao translado. Ruim.

Estadia agradável.
Quarto limpo, ducha maravilhosa, porém, achei as toalhas pequenas e de baixa qualidade. O café da manhã é variado e atendeu as expectativas. A área externa é arborizada e o jardim bem cuidado. A piscina parece antiga e sem charme, mas cumpre o objetivo que é relaxar após um dia de passeio. Há também um quiosque para jogos. Fica a 5 minutos a pé da rua principal.

POUSADA mais que maravilhosa. Atendimento já de cara 10! Funcionários e donos da Pousada super solícitos e educados. Café da manhã bemmm farto, limpeza 10 também, quarto muito bom, ficamos em 3. Localização bem pertinho do centrinho da ilha. Tem um contato com a natureza incrível. Só não se hospeda lá quem não curte coisa boa! Voltaremos!

Supermysigt hotell på denna paradisö. Välj att bo i ek chalé om ni kan, dessa kojor är drömska! Perfekt ställe om man gillar att hajka, åka på båtutflykt eller bara ta det lugnt. Tyvärr råkade vi hamna på ön när regnperioden precis hade börjat så vi kunde knappt lämna hotellet vissa dagar, då kan man få lite långtråkigt. Tur det fanns bra Wifi! Även sviiiinbilligt att ta dykarcert på denna ön, under 2000 reals.

Chalet 6; + prima locatie op 6 minuten loopafstand van de pier; + wij verbleven in een kleine maar knusse chalet in de prachtige tuin van het hotel; + zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel; + gratis koffie, thee en lekkers tussen 5 en 8 pm; - beperkte keuze bij ontbijt; + zwembad en handdoeken beschikbaar; - sauna en kluisjes beschikbaar tegen extra betaling van 10 Real.
