Hotel bonito mas piscina congelante e praia lotada

O hotel Ć© muito bonito e bem cuidado, quartos novos e staff sempre gentil. PorĆ©m tem alguns erros gravĆ­ssimos para um hotel deste nĆ­vel e que sĆ£o suficientes para eu nĆ£o considerar um retorno: 1) As piscinas externas sĆ£o congelantes: nĆ£o hĆ” nenhum controle de temperatura (aquecimento ou climatizaĆ§Ć£o que seja) e absolutamente todos os hĆ³spedes reclamavam da Ć”gua extremamente fria. Me parece inadmissĆ­vel um hotel que tem uma Ć”rea externa tĆ£o bonita nĆ£o ter uma Ć”rea externa com uma piscina agradĆ”vel para passar o dia. A piscina Ć© linda porĆ©m Ć© inutilizĆ”vel (e, por isso, praticamente nenhum hĆ³spede teve coragem de entrar). Na prĆ”tica, os hĆ³spedes acabavam indo para a piscina interna do Spa (aquecida) porĆ©m deixa-se de aproveitar um dia bonito ao ar livre. Isso precisa ser revisto pois a reclamaĆ§Ć£o Ć© unĆ¢nime e um hotel deste nĆ­vel precisa prover algum controle de temperatura na piscina. 2) HĆ” poucas espreguiƧadeiras na praia e lotam. Ou seja, se vocĆŖ chegar por volta de 10h00, vai ter que ficar na espera por uma espreguiƧadeira. TambĆ©m acho inadmissĆ­vel o hotel nĆ£o ter uma quantidade de espreguiƧadeiras na praia que comporte os hĆ³spedes. A soluĆ§Ć£o Ć© esperar no outro andar da piscina (a tal piscina congelante que ninguĆ©m consegue aproveitar). Estes pontos sĆ£o cruciais para prover ao hĆ³spede uma melhor estadia. AlĆ©m disso, apenas um ponto de atenĆ§Ć£o: fizemos o checkout na saĆ­da do feriadĆ£o e havia apenas uma pessoa para pegar os carros e acabamos esperando mais de 20min.

Questionable ā€œluxuryā€ resort

First, on the day we arrived, that night we had to change rooms because the bath tub was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. Also, the toilet lid was broken, the air conditioning had a loud noise and wasnā€™t cooling property. On the second room, the same happened with the air conditioning. The hotel was poorly staffed and several times, the excuse was: ā€œright now, we have no concierge or hostess or bellboyā€. Also I speak for languages fluently (spanish, english, italian and french) and many times we had to wait for the staff to find someone that spoke one of those languages. The last night, we had to go to bed without having dinner because we ordered room service and they said that food would arrive in 15mins. One hour passed and I called to see the status of our order and the person said that he couldnā€™t comply with out order because he couldnā€™t prepare the food because the kitchen was getting maintenance. If I hadnā€™t called no one would have let us know. It was a time to relax and enjoy as a couple in a luxury resort but it felt more like a resort that is about to close or go bankrupt. So sad to see such a beautiful place give their clients that poor customer service.

FuncionĆ”rios incrivelmente bem treinados para gerar uma Ć³tima experiĆŖncia de hospedagem. Apenas da grande Ć”rea do hotel e do condomĆ­nio onde estĆ” localizado, todo atendimento Ć© conectado mantendo o alto nĆ­vel de serviƧo em cada momento durante a estadia. Destaque para a concierge Carol, Pedro na Ć”rea da recepĆ§Ć£o e Ale em seu excelente serviƧo no resturante e piscina.
