"Nice property, very typical of a large hotel. The lobby bar served food, friendly staff and good food. Decent pool and gym. The property is close to small shops and places to get a haircut. The hotel was having trouble with checking people in but the staff was so friendly managing through the situation. "

"Conveniently located. Checked in after midnight due to a late flight and the clerk was amazing. He had very good energy and was very welcoming. The room was very clean despite I had to kill two spiders which is my biggest fear. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here again to anyone cruising."

"Family Travel During our two-night stay, we enjoyed a spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed room with a balcony. The hotel’s restaurant served cook-to-order breakfast and dinner, which we appreciated. We also made good use of the pool and lounge chairs, and especially loved gathering around the fire pits with s'mores. Overall, we had a delightful experience."

Cleanliness was a major issue—there were roaches in the room, mold in the toilet, and even eyelashes stuck to the shower curtain, which made it feel unsanitary and neglected. Overall, it did not feel like a comfortable or safe place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness and upkeep."
