My wife and I, with our 2 year-old daughter, stayed here for two nights as it was convenient to Clark Airport. For $25 a night, on the edge of the red-light district, the Horizonhill could have been far worse, but actually was more than satisfactory for our needs. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, the room had a slight feeling of dirt (but it was the dry season), and the decor is mid-80's in feel and quality. And yet - the staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar had cheap drinks, and the pool was actually lovely at night! I would recommend for anyone like us who looks for value and can live with a few wrinkles.
