Está bonito pero tienen aire acondicionado en primavera y hace muchísimo calor. Además el elevador llega solo hasta el piso 3 y si estás en el 4to piso es un inconveniente

The hotel was very walkable. They have paid parking, but i would suggest asking for directions before you get there as its a little hard to find. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel , its very convenient location and walkable distance to everything. Hotel is clean and quiet , rooms not big but enough of space for everything, nice view from balcony , just need a little sound isolation improvement between rooms. Staff is very professional and pleasant, good breakfast and nice bar in the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel .

Rooms without exterior windows shouldn't really be rated as 5Star, but for what it was it was okay (window opposing another room and into small court) The parking charge was news to hear upon arrival - and at a rate of €16, the parking garage was behind the property and wasn't easy to manoeuvre into or around - but just about manageable.

A nice hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Andorra La Vella. The onsite parking garage was convenient, because it would have been hard to find parking nearby otherwise.

Room is quite small for a double but was clean. Near to shopping and restaurants. Pool with mountain views is lovely. Staff were helpful. Worth using the underground car park to keep car cool. Hotel needs updating in some areas.

Thank you for your comment. Remember that we have different kind of rooms, and the Economic and Interiors are the cheapest ones, on the other hand you can always book a regular double room with 17m2. Kind regards.

The location is excellent, but you have to know, how to get there from the bus station. I couldn’t find it, following Google maps. The people around weren’t helpful either. I found it eventually. But at the hotel I’ve learned, that you have to take an elevator on a street from level 0 to level 5. No wonder Google maps were confusing! Ones you learn it - it’s only 7-8 minutes walk from the hotel to the bus. The room was ok. I wish the bad had a lighter blanket. There was no choice - heavy blanket or no blanket. The soap dispenser won’t let soap out. I used a shampoo from the above bathtub dispenser to wash my hands. The breakfast didn’t worth the money. There were no eggs of any kind, no hot meal at all - just some breads, cold cuts and pastries. I could go out and have it cheaper outside the hotel. In general, very pleasant hotel, and I would stay here again.

Thank you for your comment. In relation to breakfast, if you book it it in advance, it costs you 5, and if you do not book it 8. For this price you are not going to find anything cheaper. If you ask for eggs or omelettes, they will be served at an extra cost. In realtaion to the soap dispenser, calling the front desk it will be refilled upon request. Best regards.

Great choice if you are in Andorra
The rooms and bathroom are small but we had a balcony which was facing the main street. We had no problems with street noise. The bed was very comfortable and the in room facilities were fine. The benefit of this hotel is its car parking which is in a building to the rear, the car park is a little difficult to manoeuvre if you are in a large car and the spaces all vary in size. On top of the car park is a swimming pool and tennis court overlooking the city which is superb. The breakfast is of a high quality and plentiful, great croissants, coffee, meats and cheese. The other plus is you are on the doorstep of the historic area with plenty bars and restaurants. A great choice if you are in Andorra

The hotel stay was horrible. The room had a constant stench from the waste pipes and you have to keep the AC on to keep it under check. Pointed this out to them and the only thing they could say was that all rooms are booked so they could not even change it. The size of the room was no more than a box room. The breakfast options were terrible. Best to grab something from outside. The car park is separate from the hotel and the tennis and pool as well are in a separate building. Not worth staying.

We do apologise for the problem of smell you describe, is not usual. However , we are not sure to deserve such a comment. The room has16m2. And the buffet breakfast for 5€ is more than good according to 99% of our guests. As you say the car park is just behind the hotel in an annex building, and the swimming pool is located on the roof-top of this annex, with amazing views of the Valley.

Perfect location. Away from the “busy” area but very easy to find from the bus station. The room was a little noisy as it had an adjoining room connected to it. But other than that it’s a great value for what I paid.

I got the smallest room ever. Small bed, small bathroom. The only big thing was the smell. Very bad smell from start to finish. The bathroom was designed by someone who has never seen one before. I don’t think it was dirty, but it had a dirty feeling the room. The pool is in another building. The location is not bad, but I would not return. Don’t know why it got so many good reviews, my guess… fakes.

Location is perfect. Very small rooms with full size mattress for couples. Rooms are very noisy. Looks like they don't have sound insulation.

We do apologise for the inconveniences, we have improved the insulation in many rooms,but sometimes depending on noisy guests there is not a lot we can do. On the other hand, you must know that we have different kind of rooms, as they have different prices. If you ever com back ask for the Double room. Thank you for you comment.

Traditional hotel
A traditional hotel, with small bar in reception area. Dark wood and older style fittings. Check in was a bit slow but satisfactory. The floors have hard floors which can make for passing noise on the floor and from above. We were near the stairs and lift so other guests were heard. Also on road side which could be noisy in the evening. Very clean rooms, old style shower-over-bath set up. Nice nice restaurant with polite waiter service. Parking in adjacent building basement.

Nice, small room. Walls are thin and I could hear people in the hallway and room nextdoor easily. AC worked great. Cute balcony. Good hot water and pressure in shower.

The hotel was very central in town. Great shopping in walking distance. It was a good choice rather than stay near the piste as we had things to do in the evening. Breakfast was very basic and one had to pay extra for eggs.
