"Very deep thanks for the kindness of staff and mostly the maids. Apart from that the restaurant inside is awful, swimming pool cannot be used it's not maintained nor clean, and the hotel is badly maintained."

"When I arrived I was shown to my room by reception desk person… the door was opened. He just pointed me towards room and left… when I entered the room it was not cleaned from previous guests, bed unkept, wet towels on the floor. I went back to the reception and asked another room. He was not able to offer a clean room. I asked for a refund since I paid in full during check-in. He could not process my refund but gave me equivalent in cash… so any future guests please check your room before...
