"I stayed in the presidential suite and I loved everything about it. The staff were pleasant/helpful, the room was extremely clean, and the views were immaculate! Only thing I would suggest is better food options for the happy hour in the executive lounge and breakfast buffet.

"Overall, my family and I love the place. It’s unfortunate that it’s a bit far. If you wanna grab anything to eat outside of the hotel. The quality of food that they serve at the hotel whether it’s inside or in the pool area it’s a little bit pricey specially when the menu has hotdog hamburgers, french fries we wish that it was closer/walking distance from other restaurants.
Another thing we noticed was the carpet in the hallway and the common areas it was full of stains. It just didn’t look...
"This is a well located, clean hotel and rooms are -despite not being large- quite comfortable as they have a walking closet and a roomy bathroom and shower. Nice view of the mountain too with a large window. Bit noisy though because of the main avenue where the hotel is located. Lobby is tight and does not have much lounging space though. Breakfast was good but they charged me an arm and a leg by paying it at check-in because it included some other feature which I did not intend to use. Better...
