Preis sehr günstig, man muss zwar jedes Mal drei Dollar fürs Taxi bezahlen, um dort weg zu kommen, aber trotzdem noch günstiger als sonstwo. Man kann mit der Familie essen (gut und günstig) und auch auf dem Hof mithelfen. "Very nice hotel in a great location in Quito. The room was large and clean, the beds were very comfortable. The staff was polite and the breakfast was also good. I would stay here again."

"I checked in early and was prepared to pay a half day extra fare for checking in early. The hotel had availability and I needed privacy for an important business call. Instead of charging me a half day extra, the staff charged me for an additional full day at the highest rate possible. I accepted because I had no choice. But I will not return to Swissotel again. Nor will anyone from my organizations. I am the CEO of my company and sit on several boards. We travel to Quito often. But not to your hotel anymore."

"I was only there for one night but there are 2 to things I wanted to mention. One the restaurant staff seemed too busy to help me from ordering my food to even getting condiments. I had to ask repeatedly and felt ignored. Secondly, I wish that people with early flights could have been accommodated with a to go breakfast box as I had an early flight and breakfast time was later."
