"Very good"

"At first we were put in the basement. The room should not have been a room. It was dark with a small window, damp, and the smell of mold hit you as you walked down the stairs. Open the door and immediately turned around and asked to be relocated to a different room. Staff obliged and was going to move us next door… we asked to be moved upstairs one level. Room was a little better no mold smell but smelt like cigarettes. As someone with severe respiratory issues I left after one night as I wouldn’t last another. "

"Well I love this property always fantastic however as I was blowing drying my hair (with the hair dryer that’s provided in room) it literally blew up a big pow and smoking really bad and the stench was disgusting I’m pretty sure I had a heart attack lol obviously wasn’t expecting this to happen other than that it was a fantastic stay as usual I did tell the front desk when I was checking out and he said that would look into it so to future guests be careful when using the provided hair dryers lol"

"Super convenient parking options for whichever section of the building you’re in. Check in was super efficient and the man at the front counter was friendly and helpful. Rooms were in very clean condition, and very comfortable. Overall had a great stay! The only thing to note is that breakfast is not included at this location and is an additional charge "

"This is a very simple, but functional property. It is clean and certainly met our needs for a less expensive alternative to the chains. Check/in was simple and well described, as was checkout. Unfortunately, we were not in town long and couldn’t do much exploring. We will recommend a local artisanal coffee shop/restaurant just a 3 minute drive from the property. Relish Kitchen and Market is a great spot to get a coffee, latte, etc and freshly made food. All in all our stay at the Stay Inn and Gravenhurst was excellent. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived until checkout, every aspect of my experience exceeded expectations. The kitchenette in my room was a fantastic feature – well-equipped, clean, and incredibly convenient. It's rare to find such a thoughtfully designed space that actually makes you feel at home rather than just passing through. The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to everything I needed during my visit - note there is a pharmacy, hotels and the Muskoka Discover Centre around the corner. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the extraordinary staff. When I checked in, I was exhausted from traveling and half-jokingly mentioned to the woman at the front desk that I desperately needed chocolate cake. I honestly didn't expect anything to come of it – after all, the hotel doesn't serve chocolate cake. But to my absolute amazement, she took my request seriously and promised to find some for me. I thanked her politely but privately wondered how on earth she was going to make that happen. Well, she did. The dedication and genuine care this staff member showed went so far above and beyond normal hospitality that I'm still impressed. It's this kind of personal attention and willingness to go the extra mile that transforms a good hotel stay into an unforgettable one."
