La Quinta Inn & Suites Anderson hotels

"I had a great stay at this hotel. I stayed in one of their luxurious rooms. I'll say for a Days Inn, I was pleasantly surprised! The room was very clean and the jacuzzi tub was outstanding. My girl spent 3hrs total in it relaxing. Ideal to have on a rainy day. There was a single mix up, the room wasnt pet friendly which I was misled while booking this room. The staff didnt make a huge fuss about this. I simply paid an additional $20 (standard pet fee) and issue was resolved. The negatives; the only negative I will remark on is that the door to the room didnt have a proper seal. The weather stripping/seal, was completely gone. Nothing but daylight around the door. This means noise from the hwy, air flow from current weather temps outside, and bugs freely capable of entering. Thats a simple cheap fix I hope they knock out quick. Itll save them money in the ling run anyhow. I do recommend this place and will stay there again when in the region!"

"This was the most unsafe and disgusting hotel I have been too. The door barely closed and had one lock. The extra lock was broken. The bathtub was covered in mold. Bedspreads had burn marks on them. The towel holder has been ripped off the wall. The toilet paper holder didn’t even have a roller holder. Hotels.com should be embarrassed to have this hotel listed and I can’t believe they have any stars much less what is listed. I will not use Hotels.com again to book rooms if this is the type of hotels they provide. "

"First, we were charged twice upon arrival and told that we would receive the refund in 3-7 business days. We checked in on Thursday (it’s now Monday) and our room’s been serviced once. We’ve had to ask for new towels every single day. "

"I would not recommend this hotel. There is a smell that cannot be described, one iron and ironing board for the entire hotel, booked three rooms, one room kept blowing a breaker, key card kept messing up all three rooms has 1/4 roll toilet paper, thin bedding, no coffee. Charged $500 per room each night, over priced. "

"The property is in the middle of being remodeled. We had a construction crew right outside our door at 8am. Fitness area is closed, hallways are a mess. Not being managed especially well, would recommend considering carefully until project is done. "
