"The property is dated..but clean. We had a double queen room with a small balcony over the weekend for a UT game. Beds were super comfy, pillows could be improved..Hot showers..towels could be improved. But worth the stay on a budget! Cool A/C also. I would stay here again..very convenient area."

"Parking was crowded. But I managed to find a spot. Air conditioning was excellent. They don’t automatically clean your room every day. You have to ask them."
