"I booked a room online on the night and when I got there, nobody answered the door. In the fine print, it says they are only 8am to 6 pm. So I had to go find abother hotel and they did not refund my money. Never stay there. What kind of hotel has these hours and then have the ability to book rooms that you cannot access."
