"Loved location. Valerie at the front desk was amazing so was the other girl that worked there. Food excellent. Hotel rooms are a little worn out needs some work."

"Good Apartment with everything nearby, laundry facility in the building. Only thing we didnt liked : the apartment dont give you a feeling of a clean apartment and the bathroom had a weired smell all the time. You have to book the laundry in advance, they do give you detergent and laundry access cards for a fixed charge. Kitchen if fully equipped with all the utensils. Train station is just next to the building, Grocerry and other things nearby. Overall good"

"The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean. The restaurant downstairs was also excellent, although a bit pricey, but that’s Switzerland. The included buffet breakfast was very good."

That level of hospitality never wavers right up until the very last moment. As we were departing, the bellman and valet team were right there ensuring we had cold water and drinks for the road ahead. An incredible stay from start to finish. Kempinski Palace Engelberg sets a gold standard for luxury service."

"The photos do not do this place justice. The view we had from our room, overlooking the mountains in front of us, the cable car going through the morning and into the night, sitting on the private balcony. The meal we had in the restaurant, again overlooking the stunning vista, great beer and service . You could park down in the garage under the hotel. The roads leading to it, stunning, picturesque. Absolutely loved it."
