Me gustó mucho el hotel por ser limpio, acogedor y el personal es muy amable. La cercanía a la Plaza de Armas es perfecta. Lo recomiendo por ser excelente en cuento a calidad precio.

Hotel limpio y centrico

En realidad todo bien, solo me sorprendio que el personal de counter me dio a entender como que no sabian de mi reserva, no sabian cuanto debian cobrarme y cuando les enseñe la reserva recibida en el cellular de Hoteles.com, me dieron una cantidad en moneda local diferente a la reserva porque utilizaron otro tipo de cambio mayor. Pero en fin, todo bien.

Simpatico lugar

Simpatico el Hotel, bueno, bonito, limpio, atención amable, el wifi a la habitación llegaba con señal fuerte!! ojo: no hay ascensor!! el desayuno incluido es el Continental básico. El Hotel a 1 cuadra de la Plaza de Armas y muy cerca de varios restaurantes. OK.

Sauber, gemütlich, preiswert und sehr freundlich

Das W-Lan ist zwar kostenlos, läuft aber nur sehr langsam und fällt regelmässig aus. Jedoch sind die Hotrlbesitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem war ich sehr erfreut über das amgenehme Bett. Klimaanlage braucht es keine, da Andahuaylas auf 2900 Metern liegt. Direkt unter dem Hotel befindet sich ein Restaurant. Die Lage des Hoteln ist tip top.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay , spend at home with my family , the attention of the staff is friendly and helpful, rooms , beds, clean towels, the place is quiet and central, the services are excellent and the restaurant food is delicious. Notwithstanding read the previous comment book this hotel and I found with surprise that the comment is not going according to comfort and care provided by the hotel. Recommended for all travelers.

Horrible Experience!!!

Very bad experience!!! Once we got there, they wanted to charge us significantly more than what we booked with hotels.com; it took over 30 mins of arguing before they honored the right price. Customer was completely awful! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! To make things worse, no hot water and the room walls are paper thin. You could hear everyone coming in and out of the hotel. Oh... then to save not paying hotels.com a commission fee, they cancelled my booking. Now I'm going to have to fight to get my reward nights.
