"The hotel is a newly renovated property in an old Palacio in the heart of the old city of Teruel. The interior layout is a bit quirky, but in a positive sense, as the designers went out of their way to incorporate important aspects of the old building into their design. "

My phone recognised it as the correct number, but I kept getting the "not recognised" message. I waited 90 minutes, during which time I sent two emails. Unanswered. I went to another hotel. I will be extremely disappointed if my card is debited. Maybe there was some family crisis? But that the phone number was not recognised is a worry! I can't comment on the hotel itself."

"i didn't like how there was construction every single day i was there in the 3 rooms right next to mine. It would wake us up at 7am every morning and was just loud and noisy the whole time. unacceptable."
