"Charming little place down a quiet alley while also still conveniently located in the old town. I accidentally booked my room a day earlier than intended and they were very understanding about it, allowing me to check in as soon as I arrived around 6am rather than waiting for the usual check-in window. ""Boutique hotel" is a misnomer for what is, basically, a glorified guesthouse. It’s reasonably well run and also informal – staff dress casually. Rooms are pretty average and can be prone to a little street noise, even though this place is off Kote Abkhazi Street, the main drag in the old town. Actually locating the place itself can be an issue after dark, when signage for the alley it’s on can be hard to spot (the guesthouse is tucked away just out of sight if you’re on Kote Abkhazi St)....

False advertising really - it should say free street parking available at best. The room is renovated and in pretty decent condition. 4 star quality. Bed was extremely comfortable.
