"We arrived at the property at almost 7 pm. We had booked 2 rooms for 4 people. When we got to the property they only had 1 room reserved and told us that the cleaning lady was not done cleaning our rooms yet. We left for dinner and came back and the rooms were "ready". We had reserved 2 rooms with 1 king bed in each. Room 1 was clean but the TV did not work. They did give a discount for the inconvenience. Room 2, the room I stayed in, smelled of fresh paint. "I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was at such a low price! All the amenities were included from the more expensive hotel across the parking lot. It was clean and easy to check in and out. "

Card readers for the external access doors on the East & West side of the building need 3 or 4 tries in order to work, so guests place a rock to prop the door open negating any semblance of security. "Very clean and comfortable room"

"Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. "
