"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"The big attraction for us is the location to the Airport and the fact it is in a port town.. It has a free shuttle Which we used to catch the Athens Metro Train. As we arrived, the directions for a pickup area where not detailed. It caused us problems and a wait time when first arriving. This was corrected once we connected and was able to use the shuttle to the airport to catch the Metro to Athens. We didn't want to stay in Athens. The other thing that we didn't like is that is that you entry card activates the power to the room. When we left the room, the power is off. When we return to the room it is hot. The refrigerator doesn't keep things very cool. The menu is limited and over priced compared to local restaurants. The breakfast is not included. We really loved the town of Rafina. We had stayed for a week. We built relationships with the locals and enjoyed the their friendship and interaction. A very safe and family enviornmet."

"The property was very clean and easy to access. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and our room was very spacious with a fridge and portable tap water. The neighborhood was quaint and had a lot of local shops/restaurants nearby in easy walking distance. The area is also very quiet and outside the busy city center of Athens, as well as being close to the airport. Taxis were quick to pick us up and the cost into Athens wasn’t too steep."

"We chose this hotel for a night’s stay in Athens , on our way back from the Cyclades. We had a morning flight to catch. And we couldn’t be more pleased with our choice Fantastic property! Well maintained, spacious rooms , beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast spread was nice too. Highly recommend ."
