"The property location is great, old but relative well maintained. The room doesn't do a good job blocking the sound from next doors due to the "shared doors" in between. Half of the nights I stayed I can hear very loud talking next door until 12am. Also the level of service provided by the staff varies. Some are really not good at serving customers. "We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Knott's Hotel. We arrived early morning and were able to leave our bags while we visited Disneyland for the day. We were able to take the mid-morning shuttle at no charge. Cristina on reception was very friendly and very helpful. Once we arrived back in the afternoon and was able to check in she followed up with us to ensure our luggage had been delivered to our room. She was vey caring to ensure we had everything we needed.
