I arrived before check out to see if they could hold my suitcase and they actually rushed to get a room ready so I could check in early. The room was clean and the staff were all very nice. I didn't need much but it was still a great place to stay! Would definitely recommend it again!

Room even tho it said it was smoke free, it smelled like someone had been smoking all day long there. There was a hole in the bathroom wall and the door lock was not working properly. The bathroom door was falling off a hinge.

In this facility the manager Rosa doesn’t like complaining even though as a guest we have the proof and just to name some: dirty toilets at the check in, cockroaches, dirty walls and even holes in the walls. However you can’t complain because like I said you’ll get banned directly from the manager. I mean since when the employers has the rights.

Property did not have any hot water morning or night. Forced to shower in icy cold water. Property air-con smelled horrible so it was either you sleep in a hot room that smelled "normal" or a cold room that smelled bad. Area around was very noisy with trains and cars doing donuts. Supposed to be a non smoking room but the smell said otherwise. Would not come back nor book again.

This place is very convenient. Staff is very friendly specially a female staff named Pri, she confirms your stay quick and easy with no problems also an understanding person. The manager Rosa very professional, she keeps her property on check makes me feel safe and does her best to satisfy your stay. Rooms are clean and they offer you housekeeping every day for the price I say it's a win. We always stay coming back.

I had verified my reservation at the property the day before. When we arrived. I was given a smoking room without handicapped access. I was told in no uncertain terms that I had not ordered an accessible room and had not verified it. Showing him the Expedia booking and my cell phone log did not change this. Only after getting an Expedia agent to call the property (that took an hour by itself) did the young man look again and see his mistake. So finally, this was this fixed.
The location is 7 miles away from the Anaheim Convention Center which was good. The Denneys in the parking lot is closed permanently.
The handicapped shower was good and there were adequate grab bars. The room was sort of clean and the sheets were stained — I've stayed in worse. My companion's room in the other building was infested with bedbugs. I did not see them in mine but the thought made me uncomfortable.
I will never stay here again.
