There was a of good things about this property. The room was big and clean. There are a lot of places to eat that are in walking distance. If you stay for Disney, it is right next to the Toy Story lot. The breakfast was great! There was a huge variety and the staff worked hard to keep it stocked. The biggest negative was how uncomfortable the beds were. They were very stiff and we did not sleep well either nights.

Was right next to the Toy Story Line Disney shuttle which made it really easy to get to Disneyland. Breakfast was yummy. Rooms were clean and large. Pools were really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay was wonderful. On the last day it turned a corner. I requested toilet paper and received it in a timely manner, I asked the employee about the time they stopped serving breakfast. I was told by the employee it was done by 10am I came down and 930am and missed breakfast due to the actual ending time of serving food to be 930am. I was frustrated because my family and I could not eat in the morning and we were forced to go pay for an unplanned meal in the morning. Overall my experiences good at the hotel and I would stay there again.

The check in was delayed as the computers were down but that was not the fault of the staff. The staff were very supportive and held our bags so we could get to Disney after a ling drive. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Staff was excellent.

My brother is disabled and we needed an accessible room with two queen beds. We got there and there were no rooms available so they stuck us in a room with a king bed and brought a small rollaway bed. Not comfortable or safe for him so my son slept in the rollaway bed. System needs to reflect what runs are truly accessible because we originally took all our stuff to a room and it wasn’t even accessible and we had to bring everything back downstairs. It was just a lot to deal with.

They have four parking spots for electric vehicle charging...but they were perpetually being used by other guests as regular parking spots. So, in reality, there was no charging option. Two different concierge's couldn't inform us of any other nearby charging options, either. Rough.

The only disappointment is breakfast. That’s why I am giving 4 stars…The food choices and the quality of food is really really poor comparing what you pay for this hotel. There are many hotels around which has way cheaper rate than this hotel without breakfast.

This property had a 10 to 15 minute walk to the toy story shuttles and so it took you straight to Disney. You could leave your car at the hotel. You didn’t have to pay for any additional parking or transportation to the Disneylland resort.
