"Hands down the absolute best stay we have ever had! 🌟 I cannot say enough wonderful things about Victoria at the front desk. She is easily the kindest, sweetest, and most attentive person I have ever met! She made us feel so deeply cared for, but what touched my heart the most was how incredibly amazing she was with my special needs kiddo. That level of genuine warmth, empathy, and professionalism meant the absolute world to our family. I truly hope management realizes what an absolute treasure they have in her—the hotel would not be the same without her! Victoria, I hope you are endlessly blessed in your job and life! Beyond the exceptional service, our room was so clean and lovely! We had a tiny hiccup with the door lock, but the staff handled it immediately with such kindness and efficiency. The beds were great and gave us good rest (a quick mattress refresh down the road would make them absolute perfection, but overall they were super nice!). We also LOVED the DJ by the pool! What a fantastic, fun touch! Thank you so much for putting so much thought into creating such a wonderful experience for families. We will 100% be staying here again! Thank you for an unforgettable stay! 💕🎉"

"Perfect location if you’re going to Disneyland. It’s a very easy walk to the Disneyland Esplanade. Breakfast is busy but that’s not surprising because everyone wants to get to Disneyland first thing in the morning just budget a few extra minutes for lines. Room was clean and not noisy. If we come back to Disneyland we will definitely stay again."

"The room was clean with the bare essentials and comfortable bed. Not fancy, but a clean place to spend the night after visiting Disney parks. The location was easy to get to the Disney shuttle in Toy Story parking lot. It was a comfortable walk to the lot."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at this hotel. Everyone was polite and extremely professional -- from the parking people, check-in staff, to the maid service - EVERYONE WAS OUTSTANDING! Of particular note was Cyrus that checked us in. Appreciate his going above and beyond to get our rooms ready and in close proximity. Thank you Cyrus! Cannot recommend a hotel any higher - this one is an excellent choice for a family vacation or a business trip."
