"I absolutely loved my stay at Grand View. It was clean, the staff was beyond helpful. Sophia reached out ahead of time and answered questions I had. They arranged tours and transportation if you needed it. The food was amazing. Breakfast was fresh and there was always someone there to help. They even deliver my breakfast to my room the first morning. The drinks, yum! The view is spectacular. I plan to come back to Santorini and will stay again. It’s walking distance to the village, a must do! Eddie was the driver from the resort and if he was busy, they would call a service for transportation. Fito, made the best drinks. I highly recommend. Th room were clean and charming and they had a variety of rooms and suites. I don’t think any had a bad view. "

"I travel a lot, and this was my worst hotel experience. We arrived in Santorini on Friday night, and there was no TV, no Wi-Fi connection, and no hot water. A young staff member helped us get Wi-Fi for a few hours, but it disconnected again shortly after. The next day we waited, hoping the hot water would be fixed so we could take a shower, but there was still no hot water. I also think the pictures are misleading and greatly exaggerate the beauty of the place. In the end, we had to clean ourselves with extremely cold water using washcloths and left as soon as we could. I will NOT recommend this place at all. "

"The villa we stayed at was beautiful, it was not far from town center or the airport. The receptionist tried calling and helping us with a tour but it was our fault, we didn't say anything the day before. Even with that everyone was very friendly and helpful to us. It was super relaxing and slow. The weather was beautiful, it was before tourists season. A lot of mosquitoes but that's life, all with coming to this place."
