"In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient."

"The steps in duplex room are very steep and no hand rail the ceiling in bedroom was very low, you cannot stand up. Tidy enough but ants in room. Area ok very quiet and walkable to restaurants and bars on riverfront, the shop we found was 15 min walk. Fine for a quiet start after long haul flight but would advise go for a larger room. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Terrible service and completely unprofessional handling of the situation. Another guest had the passcode to our apartment and was able to open the door while we were inside. This was a serious privacy and security issue. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, This is absolutely not the level of service or security we expected, and we are very disappointed with how the agency handled the situation."

"The directions to check in were alright. It would have been nice to know that the access card was only needed for the entry of the building and to use the lift, not to enter the apartment. Once we entered there was no electricity when I turned on a light switch, and a closed up slightly smoky smell, definitely not a fresh clean welcoming smell. I finally figured we needed to switch the main electricity breaker after trying multiple light switches and turning on the AC units and nothing worked....
