"Staff were amazing, first class service Breakfast was brilliant!!, Parking very easy and very close to hotel Pool and health club was brilliant Tralee town was within walking distance from hotel, Also shopping/retail park beside hotel. We also had to checkout at 6am this morning, Breakfast didnt start until 7am, Reception arranged for us to have breakfast before we left the hotel at 6am. Will most definately be back!! "

"Our 3-night stay at Killarney Heights Hotel was quite excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food (both breakfast and dinner) was great, and the atmosphere was relaxed. "Der Empfang im Hotel war leider sehr unfreundlich, was den ersten Eindruck deutlich getrübt hat. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, jedoch sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist noch ganz neu, was man an der modernen Ausstattung merkt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, allerdings nicht direkt am Hotel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die TV-Auswahl – inklusive Netflix – was wir als angenehm empfunden haben. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt und können es daher nicht...

"Ein altes Gebäude, das aber laufend modernisiert wurde. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Frühstück ist gut. Im Barbereich bewegt sich die Barkeeperin leider keinen cm hinter der Theke weg. Der Gast muss dann halt die Tische reinigen. (Getränke holen sowieso) Geht gar nicht."

"While the room itself was very nice, the lack of air conditioning, even during April when it was quite cold outside, was disappointing.- this was of course my fault as I was not aware that all hotels didn’t have air-conditioning. The hotel is quite vast and had more than a long distance to the reception area from our room., No 234… there are three separate lifts, AB and C which we had to find, and then a very warm, walk up several passages of the hotel, to get to our room. "
