Nordine le directeur, nous a organisé un taxi pour notre arrivée à l'aéroport et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes (sorties, taxi, départ avant le petit déjeuner). "Hele prettige omgeving schoon en stuk voor stuk heel beleefd en vriendelijk personeel.. de eerste kamer beviel ons niet we hadden het idee dat de foto’s van de kamer in de advertentie niet overeen kwamen met de kamer zelf, maar we kregen dag later direct een upgrade naar een luxere kamer zonder extra kosten. Als advies zou ik zeggen boek pas vanaf de luxury suite of beter want de bedden in die kamers zijn ook veel beter dan bijvoorbeeld in de king suite.. Wie rust en een prachtige omgeving...

"Beautiful room and pool. Easy walk to lake and village. Staff very friendly and willing to help but we would have appreciated some details in the room about organisational issues eg that water would not be replaced in the room but was readily available at the bar. Would definitely recommend hotel for a quiet, restful break."

"We would go back in a heartbeat. Everything was great. If you need alcohol, you need to bring your own but they blend fresh juices for you that are great. It's a quiet oasis. An overgrown tropical garden just outside the city. It's a taxi ride into the city and back but you could spend all day at the riad and not feel like you're missing anything. The staff is warm, inviting and authentic."
