Lacked good first impressions though the male receptionist was very jolly! Pillow smelt like someone had slept on them but I was too tired to call to change and didn’t use them as I got back late and had to get key card changed as they didn’t work when I got back. Took forever to check in and had to pay extra €31 for city tax for one nights stay.

Overall the room was clean/tidy, customer service was excellent. Good transport tram/ bus links near walking distance to the hotel.

The hotel average Is good. The dios, the staff but i booked thr hotel based on reviews for the nice pool which was closed. I asked every day for re-open and they were not able to provide an estimated. Left the hotel and never used the pool :(

Rooms are spacious and staff are friendly but the hallways were dirty (crumbs and stains on the floor) and the elevators are terrible - dirty, dark, and they bounce/move in a way that feels quite unsafe.

It was dirty. Our feet were black from the floors and there was poop in the toilet when we arrived at our room. Hair in the sheets and didn’t look clean. Location was convienent.

Nothing special but reasonably priced and close to the train station. The breakfast was good. I wish they would offer free bike rentals or reasonably prices. It is 19 euros a day and the bikes did not move once..nobody rented them at this hotel.

Cleaning service didn't make the bed properly, floor is dusty. Soap and shampoo didn't get refilled. The room is pretty small. Some of the furniture is worn out.

Okay but a little touch can improve a lot!!!
The hotel was overall okay however very cheap rusty kettle with 3 paper cups with the cheapest teas and coffee sachets were left. Nearly all 4 star hotels have at least espresso machines nowadays. Every know what they think a about kettles.
