Property was really quirky. Room was warm and clean and we got fresh towels every day. Great shower! Loved the bar and food was great. Staff were really friendly. Loved my stay.

I would give it a 0 but I can’t so I am giving it 1, avoid this hotel at all costs. In Amsterdam is a freezing weather now and the room didn’t have AC and I got very sick, also it smells terrible inside the room like a mouldy smell, the room didn’t have any hair dryer and also there were bugs. The reception staff had an attitude , the only normal people in the hotel were the ladies working at the bar. Very expensive for the facilities it offers. Avoid

Very noisy outside every night in an otherwise quiet neighbourhood. Local teens arguing loudly and revving car / motorcycle engines until 4 or 5 in the morning meant I could not sleep with window open, which was necessary as it was hot and the air con was not man enough to cool the room. Very basic fascilities, unhelpful staff in the restraunt. Would I go back? No.

Very cool interiors, staff very helpful and friendly. Location was a little out of town but we walked into the centre and back every day without issue [approx 50 minute walk].

It was clean and close to transportation. It was away from the busy downtown area but if you are walking its along way from the city centre. You could hear what was happening in your bathroom and your neighborhoods.

Excellent place for us to stay at. Room was cute and perfect for what we needed. Only thing was there was no air conditioning and the bathroom was too dark. Lift also wasn’t working so had to lug our heavy suitcases up 6 flights of stairs. Housekeeping was done every day! Great place to stay for the price point.

本当に三ツ星？
部屋は清潔でスタッフもフレンドリーな人が多いです。しかし、ドライヤーが部屋になく、フロントに行ったらみんな貸出していると言われた。連泊したのに一度もドライヤーが使えず不便でした。床がコンクリート剥き出しなので夏はよいが秋冬は寒そうだと思いました。湯沸かしポットもなく、コーヒーやお茶すらも部屋で飲めませんでした。

Nice hotel
Lovely stay. Hotel is not exactly near the main areas so had to get a tram in but this was easy enough. Room was lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the big bath. Rooms don’t have a hairdryer despite saying they do, so recommend you take your own. Would stay again

Cold rooms and misleading photos! I recently stayed this hotel in Amsterdam and unfortunately, my experience was not great. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself had a number of issues that made my stay uncomfortable. Firstly, the room had no carpeting, which made the floors incredibly cold. This was compounded by the fact that the ceiling and walls were made of raw concrete, which made the room feel even colder. Additionally, the bathroom light was very low, which made it difficult to see anything in the bathroom. A group of 10 of us stayed here in multiple rooms, however, nobody in the entire group had a room that resembled any of the pictures used to advertise the property. This is wrong and very misleading to say the least. The sink was located in the room itself, rather than in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the blinds in the room could not be closed, so I had to get dressed in the dark using the light from my phone. I had paid for an upgraded room, but unfortunately, it was still very poor. The water in the room was cold, which was uncomfortable for showering. There was also no iron in the room, which was inconvenient for me as a traveler. While the staff were helpful and did their best to make my stay comfortable, the issues with the room made it difficult for me to enjoy my time at the hotel. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Disappointing
While the hotel appears funky this does not detract from the reality that it is very basic, there is limited noise insulation so you hear everything from your adjacent rooms. There are no cups/ glasses never mind tea/coffee facilities in the room. Some rooms are a long way from reception and when you get there the beds are not very comfortable.
