Very nice and helpful front staff (sorry, don’t know if I can spell his name correctly, anyway, he is the one working May 29 and 30, 2025). Clean. Shower drain was very slow probably due to its design.

The hotel is in a quieter area of Amsterdam but close enough to walk to major attractions. A grocery store (Lidl) is just across the street, on the opposite corner, and many great restaurants are close by. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Easy check in/check out and friendly staff. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want a more comfortable and quieter stay.

Nice hotel we got stuck in the lift twice and had to call the engineer on one occasion. They were doing some kind of roadworks/building works which woke me up by 7 on both days. Convenient for transport and walking and a nice area.
