Interesting structure... echologically well designed. Great views. Very good breakfasts. Restaurant features Indonesian dishes and some very exciting deserts.

Great hotel and they really looked after us and we look forward to returning. Great spa, nice transport links tor eh centre but separate enough to have space. Staff were on it with looking after us the the rooms and standard was great. The internal Resturant is good and there are other good options to eat on the island too. Great place.

This hotel is amazing!! From the amazing staff, the beautiful amenities (bars, sauna and steam rooms, pools, buffet breakfast, just to name a few!) serena spa vibes, the delicious smell of fresh baked goods, and the amazing staff that went above and beyond with our stay (Thank you Ian!) — this place was so hard to leave!! Thank you for making our stay so memorable, relaxing, and all-around amazing!

A nice hotel with an eco theme. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and drinks and a nice rooftop bar. Rooms are nice and clean but the eco factor makes the furniture and decor seem a bit cheap for a 4 star hotel.

Hotel Jakarta did not disappoint. It was lovely and convenient with only just a short walk to central station. You can walk or bike ride. The spa was cute. The gym small but practical. We had breakfast which had lots of variety. Something for everyone. Dinner was nice too. Loved the Indonesian twist.The room was spotless and very nice. Staff was so helpful. Would definitely stay again

It’s a bit out of the way however you can take a bus, call an Uber, and a 20 min to 30 min walk you are in town! The room is so comfortable and customer service is superb!

Property was remote with no places to eat nearby. The only restaurant in the hotel served Indonesian food, and you needed a reservation to eat there. Although the property was superbly clean and the staff helpful, i dont recommend it fot tourists wishing to sightsee Amsterdam

At first glance it’s different. The front revolving door was not working when we entered. Was told it was broken?? Was allowed early checkin which was appreciated. However food is mediocre for the price charged. Very limited menu for lunch and dinner. No power for three hours on oct 22nd 1am - 4pm. Was woken up cause my cpap machine stopped functioning. A hotel rated at 4 star and a room rate that is high should have backup power. First time at the hotel and was disappointed. Hey there’s much room for improvement. Cheers

What an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were all friendly and helpful; the room was relaxing and clean; the breakfast was delicious; the spa and massage were very relaxing; the bakery/cafe was an added bonus and the Sky bar made returning back to the hotel a delight... As for location, it can be walked to and from but the regular bus service is just outside the hotel and the Metro a short walk away. Thank you for making our stay in Amsterdam so enjoyable.

Amazing staff, room and food!
Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling and helpful staff, then served a glass of Prosecco while they were checking us in. The room was extremely clean and had a great view of the water. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and again the service was amazing and the food delicious. We had all inclusive breakfast and it was one of the most gourmet buffet breakfast we had ever seen. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with breakfast, staff service need improvement, not very convenient, need to take a bus(right outside) or tram(5min walk away) to get to central station. Meaning most of the places you visit(for tourist like my) need to transfer to another bus/tram.
