"Had a lovely stay at the hut. Cosy and everything you needed. Just my dog and I and it was very comfortable. On a lovely property with alpacas. Shared grounds which were great for my dog to explore too. I would book again. "

"We had stayed here earlier in the year and liked it so much we came back again. Polite, helpful staff, an excellent breakfast and a clean and comfortable room were what we experienced again this time. We will return another time."
"We stayed here for three nights (14-16 August). The standout feature was the politeness and friendliness of staff. They all seemed very pleased to help.
The buffet breakfast was very nice too.
However, it was quite disappointing that our room had an abundance of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, as did the bathroom. There were noticeable food crumbs and the previous guests’ old receipt on the carpet next to our bed. It was quite obvious that the room had been prepared in haste for us without much attention halving been paid to its cleanliness.
It’s a shame as, otherwise, I would have rated this property much higher.
I mentioned the above to hotel receptionist upon checkout and they seemed quite surprised.
Apart from that, it’s a reasonable place to stay in Tenby."
"The hotel looks smart after a recent refurbishment and is located by the beautiful beach which is central to the town of Tenby. There is, however, a steep drop to the beach which means using steps down or ramps further away.
The hotel has a very dog friendly atmosphere and caters to their owners well.
The rooms are comfortable and have newly installed bathrooms which are well designed and furnished.
It would be helpful if the hotel gave visitors
the details of Tenby Taxis if they’re arriving by train as it’s an uphill walk from the station and only costs about £5.
Also, beach towels are not provided or available to buy. There are beds and parasols to rent on the beach."
"Stayed one night for my mate's wedding, and it was absolutely exceptional. The room was so clean and comfortable, and all the staff I encountered were lovely. Thanks all!"
"Great location and nice room. A bit noisy from live music but can't be helped. Staff were helpful. A little difficult to find the place when putting it in the GPS."
"Loved its location, just a short walk from the beach, although slightly steep. Free parking. We loved the hotel, although it appeared a little dated and maybe required some upkeep, it had great facilities and staff. It had a swimming pool, a pool table in a conservatory with tables. The rooms were great, we had the family studio and it had a large bedroom, great comfy bed, through which was a small kitchenette, with dining table and another 2 single beds and a fan. Couldn't fault the space. The only thing I would say is that if the curtains were blackout, we would have had a better sleep. We really liked it and would stay again"
