"So clean, Resturant choice is perfect, Noor manger is vey helpful and make you day so pleasurable. Crystal coffee shop is great although would appreciate if they can open early. Front disk employees need to be more warm and welcoming, nothing against any one they know thier Jop but lacks warmth and smile, the only one how smiles is Yahya. Room service is good, needs to have a concestancy in cleaning the room, one day no hand towels the nest is with, but over all is good and clean. Coming back on August to stay for a month. Thank you for your hospitality."

"for the price, i couldn't believe how lovely this place is for our one night stay, super comfy beds, quiet and dark rooms to sleep, great shower with amenities in the BR, really nice staff and overall great value for money, the only downside is the local hood, does not have much going on (need a uber to rainbow st) in terms of dining, but if you're here just to come sleep somewhere nice (like we were) this is amazing value for $$"

"Everyone at the Amman Hilton was exceptionally courteous and helpful. One minor issue, the attendant insisted on taking the electrical appliances my sister had and returned it broken. Did not return it to the room and we had to request it back and when we picked it up, she found out later that it was broken. One employee asked about the appliance when he saw it in the garbage and said he'll check with his manager. Did not hear back from him or his manager. I do not want any financial compensation, but if you insist on evaluating personal items even though you are told that we have electrical converters and it ends up broken in your possession you should acknowledge the fact. That was the only negative incident and it did not have to happen. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable and we will choose Amman Hilton for our next visit."
