Despite possible upgrade we were asked to pay for any upgrade. Pool closed and nowhere to sit in sun or sunbath etc. not a tourist hotel. Overall disappointing. Can get far better elsewhere in Amman

This is a great hotel and excellent staff, many speaking English which is very helpful. Breakfast was excellent as was other food services. For westerners no alcohol in the hotel but the hotel across the walkway has this service at a heavy price. You can get reasonably priced tours from the hotel as well. Taxis can be picked up easily. The isolation of the hotel from shopping is an issue but taxis are cheap but the service station close by has ATM and mini mart. I would stay there again.

Super hotel. Excellent first impression in the lobby. We had a junior suite which was very clean, spacious and excellent value for money. The room service was prompt and also the housekeeping when we asked for another robe (as only one had been placed in the room. Tiffany I had to find some negatives, the only negative I can come up with would be the orange juice used with the breakfast. A hotel this nice could be supplying freshly squeezed orange.

Poor service checking in. They messed up our reservations and then had the audacity to blame us and Hotels.com. The night manager was downright rude and non caring Poor coffee for breakfast and a non functioning toaster for the duration of our stay. After a hotel error, this was swiftly resolved. Staff were lovely and all made an effort to greet and make small conversation. Cleaning staff were helpful but could benefit from more staff during busier periods. At times my room wouldn’t be ready until after 4pm. Breakfast was substantial enough, would have liked more hot food or at least traditional meals. Located a distance from the centre, but taking an Uber or taxi is simple enough. Don’t rely on the tours with the private company located within the hotel. Completely unreliable on 4 occasions. Incredibly expensive too. Pool was great.
