The pictures and the property do not match. I’m not one that bothers seeking out 5* hotels, but I at least expect my room to look like the picture. It did not. And on top of that, they “upgraded” us…. Which was definitely worse than the picture. I should have complained, but at least it was cheap and I don’t go on vacations to stay at hotels. They rest of the trip was absolutely amazing!

As for the photos, the photos are 100% matching our rooms. It looks like you did not pay any attention for your needs during choosing the hotel, so please take a look on the hotel itself not just looking for the cheapest price then asking for a 5 stars hotel !And out of courtesy, we have actually upgraded you to better room that you may not deserve but it also did not meet your expectations since you thought that this will finally be the 5 stars hotel room that you were looking for in a 2 star hotel.All the best wishes for you for more stable and pleasant life.
