I think you came to our hotel to try to sleep for free with your boy friend; since you already saw the hole apartment before you checked in, we tell you that wait until to put the towels inside the room but you were in a hurry and said later then after 3 hours you wanted to check out cause there are no towels, dirt and no hot water although we tried to let you come with us to test the hot water right away but you rejected to do that and just want to refund you. After checking your room after leaving, we observed that you just come to sleep with your boy friend. But really you have to pay even you will stay 1 hour Our hotel is not for free next time try to find a free hotel for your next stay

Dear sir thank you taking your time to write this review, first of all we are not a cheap hotel we just made a sale on specific periods of time, we are sad to evaluate us like this although your feelings were different while you were staying with us; everything were ok and also you liked the breakfast a lot when we asked you about your stay. Mr. David really all our beds are 200m long there are no shorter beds, the rooms are good lighted and clean, the hot water exist in the shower as exist at the sink with good pressure, and yes the breakfast is not included in the price for your reservation and also not for free as you were wish, and guest can choose prices for nights whether with breakfast included nor. And as we say to all other guests in future all things will be better at our hotel Good luck sir
