Great stay

Beautiful hotel, in the center of the city just few seconds away from main attractions like the Cathedral and the Quartier Saint Leu. Staff was very polite and helpful and the atmosphere very cozy.

We wanted to walk to the Amiens Cathedral, and this location was perfect, with a top floor room with a view of the cathedral itself and with earshot of the bells. A fantastic stay.

Comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. Close to the cathedral and walkable from both the train station and to the centre of town. Of note, the service at the front desk was exceptional. Friendly and helpful (even with the odd request of helping fix a gift bag that had come unstuck, helping with access to the room slightly early, and in knowledgeable advice and recommendations for the area. The cafe opposite is also recommended by a friend who lives near Amiens, and the florist along the road into town is also to be highly recommended.

They have an amazing chef! He made very inventive fresh delicious dishes. The server presented them beautifully. I was very impressed with this hotel restaurant! We enjoyed our room facing the cathedral. We could have watched the nightly illumination from the room but would not have seen the base and doors. The room was small but comfortable and the shower was great. Recommended!

The hotel is good, and has an impressive view of the cathedral. The downtown area has many restaurants, bookstores, etc. however the area attracts some seedy street people at night. It did not feel safe to walk alone after 8pm. Restaurant is fine for dinner, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Great location by the cathedral. A three minute walk to shopping and dining. Twelve minutes to the train station on foot. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in Europe. Very firm with a thick pad for comfort. I interacted with two members of the staff. Sofia at the front desk offered me a recommendation for dinner. Each time I saw her she would ask how my day went. She would ask where I was planning on having dinner, and when I returned she would follow up. Likewise Svetlana from the housekeeping staff was equally welcoming. I needed a different tea one morning and she immediately rushed to her cart to find a couple. Unfailingly when I passed her she would greet me and wish me a good day. Those experiences elevated my customer experience.

Excellent location. Walking easy to sites, dining, groceries store, parks, Very convenient. View of the church right infront of hotel. The hotel had an odd odor when you entered. No idea what it was. It can be noisy at night outside. It had a restaurant attached. We never had a chance to use it but it looked great.
